Senior Technical Account Manager
Tasks
- Advocate for customer needs internally
- Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders
- Coordinate with internal engineering teams
- Deliver proactive communications on updates and security alerts
- Handle escalations with global escalation team
- Maintain case documentation and reporting in CRM
- Own and manage cases end to end
- Participate in customer reviews checkpoints and business reviews
- Partner with sales on customer strategy
- Provide emergency onsite support during critical incidents
- Provide proactive and reactive incident support
- Serve as primary technical contact for assigned customers
- Troubleshoot issues through replication and analysis
