Tasks
- Administer enterprise infrastructure platforms
- Administer enterprise networking and voice video services
- Conduct problem resolution aligned with ITSM
- Develop automation tooling and technical documentation
- Implement infrastructure security controls patching hardening
- Lead incident investigation and root cause analysis
- Lead infrastructure lifecycle modernization upgrades and migrations
- Monitor infrastructure availability performance capacity
- Provide technical guidance mentorship and advisory support
- Resolve infrastructure issues to prevent service impact
- Support backup recovery and disaster recovery testing
- Support server and virtualization services
