- Escalate overdue stalled or unresolved tickets
- Explore AI enabled methods for cybersecurity reporting ticket classification and trend analysis
- Follow up with ticket assignees for timely updates
- Identify opportunities for automation or AI to reduce manual effort
- Maintain accurate ticket records and categorization
- Monitor ServiceNow tickets for cybersecurity team
- Prepare daily weekly monthly reporting on ticket volumes response times resolution times backlog trends and SLA compliance
- Track ticket status priority ownership and resolution progress
