Tasks
- Conduct security focused user training secure access and MFA onboarding
- Coordinate technology application specifications
- Design configure and deploy server based file systems and applications
- Emulate user reported technical problems
- Implement and support complex security controls IAM MFA RBAC encryption hardening baselines
- Maintain problems and solutions log
- Maintain security logs audit trails and incident documentation
- Perform security driven upgrades patch cycles and configuration deployments
- Plan participate in department wide system upgrades
- Provide business systems network and internet support
- Provide training for emerging technology and special applications
- Recommend implement complex security requirements
- Reproduce and validate security related technical problems
- Research and resolve complex technical problems
- Serve as user support liaison between vendors and departments
- Support secure network server and application environments
- Support vulnerability assessments remediation and compliance checks
- Troubleshoot security related incidents access issues and authentication failures
- Verify accuracy and completeness of work
