Project Administrator
Tasks
- Assist with onboarding and site administration
- Coordinate project team with suppliers and subcontractors
- Coordinate travel accommodation and site access
- Enter employee time for payroll
- Maintain purchase orders work orders and invoices records
- Order office and project supplies
- Organize project records files and correspondence
- Prepare progress reports and cost inputs
- Produce daily LEMs
- Schedule meetings prepare agendas take minutes
- Store documents in established project structure
- Support weekly biweekly monthly billing
- Track and file invoices
- Track project expenses maintain expense logs
- Upload client project data
