Tasks
- Build custom workflows and email templates
- Define IAM policies standards and best practices
- Define Joiner Mover Leaver lifecycle processes
- Define cloud security architecture
- Design and maintain IIQ connectors workflows rules and role models
- Design and run access certification and recertification campaigns
- Develop and maintain application connectors
- Develop custom reports and dashboards
- Develop separation of duties policies
- Document cloud security controls
- Escalate complex IAM incidents and service requests
- Implement role based access control frameworks and entitlement catalogs
- Integrate IIQ with ITSM HRMS and PAM via REST SOAP and flat file feeds
- Lead SailPoint IdentityNow platform architecture
- Lead platform upgrades patch management and environment migrations
- Maintain solution design documents runbooks and operational guides
- Manage SailPoint IIQ deployments upgrades and integrations
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to support teams
- Support regulatory compliance audits with IIQ evidence
- Write and maintain BeanShell and Java rules
