Tasks
- Administer SharePoint Online including site permissions and document libraries
- Diagnose hardware software and connectivity issues for endpoints
- Escalate complex incidents to specialized teams
- Maintain endpoint security solutions including Microsoft Defender and Intune
- Manage user lifecycle provisioning access control and license assignment in Microsoft 365
- Monitor ticket queues and meet SLA requirements
- Provide first line and second line support for Microsoft 365 and Azure
- Support Microsoft 365 Data Loss Prevention policies and information protection
- Support and maintain Azure resources and identity services
- Troubleshoot Exchange Online Teams OneDrive SharePoint Online and Azure AD Entra ID
