Sr. Director, Enterprise AI Platform Engineering

- Align security controls across integrations
- Build AI gateway centralized identity and authorization
- Build AI harness layer for agent orchestration
- Communicate platform status architecture decisions and risk posture
- Create model abstraction across providers
- Design AI Gateway layer
- Develop role based skills and agents for employees
- Enable multi model routing and failover
- Ensure unified policy enforcement for all agent callers
- Govern agent tool access and interactions
- Hire mentor and lead engineering team
- Implement centralized audit logging for AI requests
- Implement data loss prevention and content guardrails
- Implement memory and state for agent runs
- Implement token budgeting for AI requests
- Improve plugin output quality and reliability
- Integrate MCP and tool wiring for internal and SaaS agents
- Integrate platform with governed data sources
- Manage prompts and context for multi turn interactions
- Own AI enterprise platform roadmap
- Own Claude and Gemini enterprise plugin framework roadmap
- Review architecture decisions and set engineering standards
- Securely author test and deploy plugins
