Cyber Security Engineer

Tasks
- Assess enterprise network security infrastructure
- Assess vulnerabilities and security infrastructure requirements
- Collaborate with cybersecurity architect on design requirements
- Document and report system vulnerabilities
- Identify security risks, threats, and vulnerabilities
- Implement IOS upgrades and security patches
- Interact with business users and vendors to define requirements
- Monitor evaluate and maintain security systems and procedures
- Oversee internal or external security services
- Perform penetration testing
- Produce as built enterprise network diagrams
- Provide 24 x 7 production support on rotating basis
- Provide best practice guidance for information protection
- Recommend and implement security enhancements
- Research security trends and attack methods
- Review firewall designs and configurations
- Review source code for security issues
- Schedule security upgrades and patches
- Test security processes firewalls and data encryption
- Validate firewall implementation
