Senior Manager-Data Protection.ISG - Information Security Program
Tasks
- Conduct DLP audits and assessments
- Define DLP KPIs and metrics
- Design secure data storage processing and transmission architecture
- Develop and maintain DLP policies standards procedures and guidelines
- Ensure compliance with data protection policies and frameworks
- Ensure database security configuration compliance
- Establish DLP incident response and investigation processes
- Establish governance for anonymization monitoring
- Evaluate and recommend security tools and technologies
- Execute data protection operations with quality and timeliness
- Govern and monitor data protection program KPIs and KRIs
- Implement data masking and anonymization
- Implement encryption for data in transit and at rest
- Implement security frameworks and standards
- Lead data protection initiatives with monitoring
- Lead enterprise encryption initiatives for data at rest in transit and in use
- Maintain data asset inventory and lifecycle management
- Manage database activity monitoring systems daily
- Manage encryption key rotation and access controls
- Oversee encryption key management and tokenization integration
- Perform data discovery and create data flow diagrams
- Review database logs and performance metrics
- Strategize develop and implement data protection controls
- Support insider risk management projects
- Track database KPIs and perform risk assessments
