Cyber SDC - IG Manager
Tasks
- Administer PAM accounts and access provisioning
- Automate PAM operational tasks
- Coordinate patching upgrades and configuration updates
- Enforce privileged access policies and approvals
- Execute account discovery validations
- Generate compliance reports
- Generate privileged access operational reports
- Handle PAM incidents and alerts
- Maintain SOPs and runbooks
- Manage password rotation and vault availability
- Monitor PAM infrastructure health
- Operate PAM platforms
- Perform password reconciliations
- Perform root cause analysis for PAM issues
- Respond to service requests within SLAs
- Review and respond to alerts and logs
- Support emergency break glass access
- Support internal external audits with evidence
- Support problem management
- Support service transitions for new PAM onboardings
- Update operational documentation and knowledge articles
- Validate privileged account compliance
