- Investigate and resolve infrastructure issues
- Lead Oracle Cloud migration to infrastructure as code
- Lead disaster recovery and business continuity
- Maintain Grafana Loki PRTG and ManageEngine log analytics runbooks
- Maintain documentation in Confluence and Jira
- Maintain infrastructure as code source of truth
- Maintain internal servers and QA environments
- Manage Docker workloads
- Manage Kubernetes workloads
- Manage network security groups and VPNs
- Monitor database backups and replicas
- Monitor threat horizons CVE feeds and vendor advisories
- Perform MySQL maintenance
- Perform patch management
- Plan capacity and resilience
- Run cloud operations
- Scope execute triage remediation and evidence closure
- Support Cyber Essentials Plus controls implementation
- Support ISO 27001 controls implementation
- Test disaster recovery regularly
- Triages and analyse security alerts
