- Manage licensing transitions across platforms
- Oversee platform migrations
- Perform cutover domain MX changes
- Plan and execute Microsoft 365 tenant consolidation
- Plan identity strategies with Entra ID and Google federation
- Provide migration hypercare support
- Support leadership migration proposals
- Transition UPN identity and SMTP
- Triage and resolve post migration issues
- Use Microsoft Graph for bulk operations
- Write and maintain PowerShell migration scripts
