Tasks
- Conduct risk assessments and partner with internal audit
- Design and operate control environment and control self assessment
- Embed risk management and controls for AI
- Establish KPIs and KRIs for technology risk and compliance
- Identify assess mitigate and manage technology risks
- Lead technology risk and governance strategy
- Map regulatory and compliance obligations to controls and evidence
- Operationalize enterprise risk framework within technology
- Own SOX controls and deficiency remediation
- Own third party and cloud provider technology risk management
- Strengthen operational resilience and continuity for critical services
- Track risks control issues and audit actions to closure
