- Administer learning management system platforms
- Build technical onboarding program for new GTM hires
- Collect feedback and improve training effectiveness
- Create and run technical certification programs
- Deliver technical enablement materials to customers
- Develop competitive intelligence enablement materials
- Develop partner enablement program
- Develop technical micro learning and modular training content
- Own and improve technical training program
- Serve as technical subject matter expert for platform solutions
- Track and report enablement metrics
- Translate product updates into enablement content
