Tasks
- Advocate for resources tooling and organizational support
- Balance reliability and stability with new feature delivery
- Build and scale authentication authorization search notifications audit logging services
- Collaborate cross functional teams on platform integration
- Communicate technical progress system health strategic recommendations
- Conduct 1 1s provide coaching feedback support career development
- Drive technical execution
- Drive technical strategy and architecture decisions
- Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements
- Establish engineering best practices distributed systems security observability incident response
- Lead hiring scale team manage interviews make hiring decisions
- Lead, mentor, and grow engineering team
- Manage team performance goal setting performance reviews accountability
- Own incident response on call rotations operational excellence
- Partner with product managers define roadmaps prioritize work
