Security Operations Center (SOC) Operator
Tasks
- Assess act and escalate security incidents
- Coordinate with management onsite personnel and emergency services
- Detect security incidents
- Develop and maintain SOC procedures
- Enforce security standards with IT HR and operations
- Identify patterns vulnerabilities and anomalies
- Maintain incident reports and activity logs
- Monitor CCTV access control and alarm systems
- Support security audits and risk assessments
