Tasks
- Administer asbestos abatement documentation and Qualibat asbestos compliance
- Create monthly invoicing and progress billing
- Declare subcontractors and request payment guarantees
- Ensure site hygiene and safety compliance
- File and archive documents
- Follow collections and unpaid invoice follow up
- Handle personnel onboarding formalities
- Handle phone and reception
- Maintain office equipment and supplies stock
- Manage agency administration
- Manage agency agenda and schedule
- Manage direct payments to subcontractors
- Manage interim staffing contracts
- Manage postal mail and emails
- Manage training enrollment
- Prepare DGD documentation
- Prepare Qualibat certification dossiers
- Prepare and organize documents
- Prepare commercial documents and estimates
- Process payroll variables and attendance tracking
- Request bank guarantees and first demand guarantees
- Respond to calls for bids
- Review contracts and purchase orders
- Support agency manager with correspondence
- Track medical visits and safety onboarding
- Track subcontractor account releases
- Transmit payroll data to payroll department
- Update subcontractor administrative files
- Verify and record travel expenses
