Tasks
- Act as escalation point for technical issues
- Analyze system and operational data for trends
- Assist in incident response and security investigations
- Design, implement, and maintain secure IT infrastructure
- Log and track incidents and changes in ServiceNow
- Maintain documentation of systems processes and configurations
- Manage network infrastructure including LAN WAN firewalls and VPN
- Manage servers endpoints and cloud services
- Monitor vulnerabilities and support remediation
- Provide 1st 2nd and 3rd line IT support
- Support ERP systems and workforce management tools
- Support disaster recovery and backup solutions
- Support reporting requirements across departments
- Support security controls and ISO 27001 ISMS activities
- Troubleshoot infrastructure applications and network issues
