- Advise business teams on data privacy requirements
- Assess privacy risks for AI and automated decision making
- Assist third party risk management assessments
- Collaborate with information security to align privacy and security
- Conduct privacy risk assessments
- Coordinate privacy compliance monitoring
- Develop and deliver privacy training
- Develop privacy program metrics and KPIs
- Maintain privacy policies procedures and standards
- Manage data mapping and data inventories
- Manage data subject request process
- Manage enterprise privacy program operations
- Prepare privacy reporting dashboards and management reports
- Support AI governance for privacy and responsible use
- Support HIPAA privacy compliance
- Support consent management
- Support document retention policy maintenance
- Support incident and breach response for privacy incidents
- Support privacy by design in business processes and technology
- Support privacy due diligence for mergers and acquisitions
- Support privacy impact assessments
- Support vendor risk reviews
- Translate legal obligations into policies and controls
