Tasks
- Coordinate account handoffs with sales
- Coordinate cross functional resources for retention
- Define and execute SASE customer success strategy
- Develop customer lifecycle playbooks
- Develop get well plans for at risk accounts
- Drive adoption and renewal outcomes
- Establish customer success KPIs
- Lead and mentor global customer success team
- Provide voice of the customer feedback to product and engineering
- Serve as executive sponsor for enterprise accounts
