- Assess risk and recommend mitigation strategies
- Develop and execute cybersecurity strategy and roadmap
- Drive continuous improvement of security posture
- Identify cybersecurity risks across the division
- Maintain cybersecurity risk registers risk metrics reporting packs
- Manage cybersecurity risks on an ongoing basis
- Oversee security controls remediation plans risk acceptances
- Perform technical security consultancy for projects
- Promote security awareness and knowledge sharing
- Support regulatory compliance cybersecurity for insurance
