- Apply security best practices
- Assist with backup and recovery

- Escalate and collaborate on complex technical issues
- Manage and support Microsoft Exchange Online
- Perform Active Directory administration and troubleshooting
- Provide Level 2 technical support for Microsoft products
- Resolve support tickets to minimize downtime
- Track incident and request lifecycle
