Tasks
- Assist users with authentication issues
- Coordinate with Help Desk and Client Systems
- Coordinate with cybersecurity personnel
- Deactivate or transfer accounts
- Document and update procedures
- Ensure proper protection handling and storage of cryptographic material
- Establish user accounts
- Log categorize and prioritize incidents
- Maintain accurate records
- Monitor identity systems for anomalies
- Perform periodic audits
- Perform tasks in accordance with security policies
- Process account creation modification and termination requests
- Provide after-hours support
- Provide user support during onboarding and offboarding
- Review and verify access request forms
- Serve as Local Registration Authority or Trusted Agent
- Serve as initial point of contact for access requests and issues
- Support audits and reviews
- Support issuance renewal suspension revocation of PKI certificates
- Support resolution of security incidents
- Validate prerequisite documentation
