- Manage user and system backups
- Monitor systems and network traffic
- Patch software updates
- Perform antivirus and windows updates

- Provide 1st and 2nd level desktop support
- Provide out of hours stakeholder support
- Provide remote support for other offices
- Review cloud and security and network event logs
- Review syslog and firewall logs
