Tasks
- Build and maintain capacity models
- Conduct site walkthroughs and safety checks
- Coordinate vendor and smart hands onsite support
- Create MOP documentation and change requests
- Ensure security compliance and access control
- Execute cable management and patching
- Follow PPE LOTO and ESD safety controls
- Forecast capacity for 12 to 24 months
- Install optics and labeling
- Maintain data center inventory and assets
- Maintain documentation including site diagrams and power maps
- Maintain rolling 12 week maintenance schedule
- Manage RMA and inbound outbound logistics
- Optimize operational metrics including PUE proxies
- Perform power and cooling inspections
- Perform rack and stack deployments
- Plan and coordinate onsite work scheduling
- Triage incidents and run hardware diagnostics
