Sr. Manager, Technical Operations
Tasks
- Coordinate technical evidence gathering and control documentation
- Drive continuous improvement of compliance posture
- Establish SLAs and operational metrics for integration reliability
- Establish monitoring/alerting and incident response
- Implement automated deployments and environment consistency
- Lead CI CD pipelines and infrastructure as code
- Lead build test and deployment pipeline improvements
- Lead mentor and develop technical operations and DevOps teams
- Manage and optimize AWS and GCP cloud infrastructure
- Manage partner and platform technical issue resolution
- Oversee data flow pipelines and partner integrations
- Provide project status risk and operational health updates
- Scope design and deliver new integrations
- Support SOC1 and SOC2 compliance
- Support SOX audit requests with technical inputs
