Salesforce Administrator / Junior Developer
Tasks
- Administer Salesforce platform for service and operations
- Build Lightning components with Lightning Web Components or Aura
- Build and maintain declarative solutions using flow validation rules approval processes page layouts dynamic forms
- Create and maintain documentation for releases configurations and technical implementations
- Create and maintain reports dashboards analytics
- Debug and troubleshoot code based solutions and integrations
- Develop and maintain Apex code
- Develop and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations
- Document technical and functional requirements
- Follow Salesforce SDLC best practices including code reviews testing change governance
- Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate into scalable solutions
- Identify opportunities to improve processes automation and system usability
- Manage users profiles roles permissions queues assignment rules
- Monitor troubleshoot system performance and data integrity
- Participate in root cause analysis
- Perform release management and deployments across environments sandboxes UAT production
- Provide end user support training and best practices guidance
- Support Service Cloud cases Omni-Channel messaging chat
- Use AI powered tools to improve development troubleshooting and solution design
- Write SOQL queries
