- Deploy applications and manage endpoints
- Document and optimize network infrastructure
- Install and maintain workstations and peripherals
- Maintain endpoint security with antivirus and EDR
- Manage Microsoft Teams policies and permissions
- Manage Office 365 users and identities
- Manage devices with Intune policies
