Manager- Cyber Managed Services -Identity & Access Management - Cybersecurity [US Client]
Tasks
- Administer Access Management solutions
- Administer Privileged Access Management solutions
- Conduct access reviews and remediation
- Coordinate application and system onboarding in IAM architectures
- Ensure user lifecycle and access governance compliance
- Implement access request and approval workflows
- Integrate IAM systems using REST APIs
- Lead IAM platform maintenance patching and upgrades
- Lead automation for IAM workflows
- Lead client engagement and serve as escalation point
- Maintain operational documentation runbooks and compliance evidence
- Manage Identity Governance and Administration tools
- Manage RBAC and segregation of duties
- Manage SLA monitoring and service performance reporting
- Manage incident problem and change for IAM services
- Monitor IAM trends and regulatory changes
- Oversee end to end delivery of IAM services
- Prepare executive reports and dashboards for IAM program status
- Provide strategic direction for IAM operations
