Principal Solutions Engineer
Tasks
- Build trusted advisor relationships with security teams
- Collaborate with channel partners on security initiatives
- Conduct technical discovery sessions
- Create competitive analysis and positioning materials
- Design security architectures using Aviatrix solutions
- Facilitate technical workshops and whiteboarding
- Implement security proof of concept
- Lead technical demonstrations
- Partner with account executives on territory strategy
- Present at customer security forums
- Provide competitive differentiation on security
- Provide customer feedback to product and engineering
- Provide technical guidance during sales cycle
- Qualify technical opportunities and provide sales forecasting input
- Respond to RFPs and technical questionnaires
- Serve as security subject matter expert during sales
- Support deal negotiations with technical expertise
- Support marketing with technical content creation
- Track cloud security trends and regulatory requirements
