Help Desk Engineer - Infra & IT Security Services
Tasks
- Collaborate with technical teams to support endpoint solutions
- Create task sequences for physical platforms
- Deploy MSI and MST packages
- Design, maintain, and troubleshoot operating system images
- Develop and enforce engineering standards and models
- Evaluate future technologies to expedite problem resolution
- Identify vulnerabilities and support mitigation plans
- Manage and troubleshoot Group Policy for workstation management
- Package and execute application deployments
- Provide input to service delivery roadmap for business continuity
- Recommend and implement desktop architecture improvements
- Triage and troubleshoot escalated endpoint issues
- Troubleshoot desktop and laptop issues
- Use ProcMon and Process Explorer for troubleshooting
- Write and maintain scripts with PowerShell
