Sr. Security Analyst - Security Operations Center (SOC)
Tasks
- Automate SOC processes using SOAR playbooks
- Build test and maintain SOAR response workflows
- Conduct root cause analysis and remediation planning
- Coordinate with MDR partner on alerts and response protocols
- Correlate signals across multiple sources to identify threats
- Develop incident response playbooks runbooks and workflows
- Develop tune and deploy detection and correlation rules
- Document incident timelines findings and lessons learned
- Lead incident response investigations
- Maintain situational awareness of threat landscape
- Mentor Tier 1 and Tier 2 analysts
- Monitor and analyze security logs and alerts in SIEM and EDR
- Operationalize hunt findings into detection logic and response procedures
- Perform threat hunting across endpoint identity network and cloud telemetry
- Perform tier 3 escalation and triage
- Track and improve SOC performance metrics
