Senior Manager, Security Architecture, Engineering and SOC (Etobicoke, ON – Hybrid)
Tasks
- Align security operations with business continuity and disaster recovery
- Automate security workflows and response processes
- Conduct tabletop exercises and simulations
- Coordinate with infrastructure architecture and application teams
- Embed security best practices across projects and operations
- Integrate and tune SIEM SOAR and EDR XDR tools
- Lead coach and develop security professionals
- Lead security technology design and configuration
- Lead threat modeling and risk prioritization
- Maintain operational playbooks and runbooks
- Manage end to end cyber incident response
- Manage vendor and service provider relationships
- Monitor and report security performance and risk metrics
- Oversee log ingestion monitoring and data normalization
- Oversee vulnerability management and identity and network security
- Perform advanced threat analysis and event triage
- Plan prioritize and improve security delivery processes
- Reduce attack surface through remediation
