Senior Network Engineer and Firewall Implementation
Tasks
- Analyze and remediate firewall and network incidents
- Document security incident procedures
- Manage and support client firewalls
- Mentor SOC resources on network topics
- Monitor and triage firewall security events
- Participate in after hours upgrades and on call
- Provide remote customer support for firewalls and VPN
- Setup and implement firewalls
- Troubleshoot network and firewall issues
