- Analyze technical and integration requirements
- Conduct certification and accreditation access and authorization activities
- Create system design diagrams data flow diagrams and engineering artifacts
- Deploy Trellix endpoint security solutions
- Develop standard operating procedures and playbooks
- Develop technical project plans schedules test plans deployment plans and migration plans
- Integrate approved technical solutions into customer infrastructure
- Lead testing debugging predeployment and postdeployment testing
- Maintain system health and availability
- Monitor and report technical problems and customer feedback
- Operate endpoint security systems
- Perform system configuration tuning and policy development
- Provide data analysis recommendations for operational and technical problems
- Review logs perform triage and conduct incident analysis
- Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems
- Write technical documentation and briefings
