Tasks
- Document low-level designs
- Execute patching cycles upgrades and releases
- Handle incidents problems and changes within SLA
- Maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans
- Maintain secure stable AWS and on prem environments
- Manage access for testing and release environments
- Monitor and support non production environments
- Operate platform services within core hours
- Produce governance artefacts
- Provide P1 support outside hours
- Remediate vulnerabilities and comply with security reporting
- Support CI CD tooling and environment readiness
- Support release management activities
