Principal Product Specialist (Eastern Time)
Tasks
- Collaborate with engineering product management and marketing on product enhancements
- Conduct and support proof of value technical evaluations and deployments
- Develop best practice guides proof of value test plans demo assets reference architectures
- Lead customer executive meetings and technical workshops
- Own product success and architectural strategy through sales lifecycle
- Present browser security strategy and technical deep dives
- Provide technical leadership for zero trust browser solutions
- Serve as post sales subject matter expert for customer success and deployment teams
- Troubleshoot and debug customer issues during evaluations and deployments
