- Align stakeholders on project goals and outcomes
- Develop project plans timelines and deliverables
- Drive risk mitigation and contingency strategies
- Ensure governance compliance and audit adherence
- Establish risk management frameworks
- Execute using Agile Waterfall or hybrid delivery
- Identify assess mitigate and monitor risks
- Lead end to end technology project delivery
- Provide status updates dashboards and risk reports
- Use Jira MS Project and ServiceNow for planning tracking and reporting
