Information Security Analyst - II
Tasks
- Analyze security events to determine scope impact root cause and remediation
- Analyze security trends recurring attack patterns and operational metrics
- Coordinate containment remediation and recovery with stakeholders
- Develop and maintain investigation procedures operational documentation and response playbooks
- Develop reports dashboards and metrics for security operations performance
- Identify monitoring gaps reduce false positives and recommend process improvements
- Investigate data protection alerts insider risk activity unauthorized access attempts and policy violations
- Investigate security incidents across endpoint identity cloud network and collaboration environments
- Perform proactive threat hunting
- Serve as escalation point for Tier 1 analysts
- Support continuous monitoring and rotational on call security operations
