Tasks
- Analyze map dependencies for incident response impact analysis and root cause investigations
- Configure administer maintain Application Discovery and Dependency Mapping tools
- Create distribute reports dashboards and dependency maps
- Design implement custom discovery patterns
- Design manage device and application discovery jobs
- Develop implement documentation procedures and SOPs
- Develop implement maintain monitoring and alerting
- Ensure discovery data integrity
- Integrate ADDM tools with ITSM CMDB and reporting systems
- Interpret vulnerability scan results and support remediation planning
- Manage Identity and Access Management roles within ADDM toolset
- Map infrastructure application dependencies
- Monitor and maintain ADDM licensing compliance
- Optimize tune discovery scans
- Perform upgrades patching vulnerability remediation
- Track and report IT assets
- Troubleshoot system issues error handling and tool stability
- Use SSH SNMP and WMI for discovery and monitoring
- Validate remediate discovery data inconsistencies
