- Communicate progress risks and milestones
- Coordinate subcontractor delivery teams
- Define rollout strategy and deployment sequencing
- Ensure rollout quality and architecture compliance
- Establish governance and reporting cadence
- Lead cybersecurity deployment program across multiple sites
- Manage documentation and knowledge transfer
- Manage risks and dependencies
- Oversee SOC integration and operational handover
- Perform technical assessment and deployment planning
- Review deliverables and acceptance testing
- Secure customer technical buy in
- Serve as primary interface for stakeholders
- Support transition to day 1 and day 2 operations
- Track performance against KPIs
- Validate security architecture and connectivity
