Tasks
- Configure and troubleshoot Palo Alto firewalls and Zscaler ZIA and ZPA
- Configure and troubleshoot STP VTP trunking HSRP VRRP
- Configure and troubleshoot routing and switching VLANs
- Coordinate with third party vendors for network hardware replacement
- Debug network issues at core level
- Drive network projects during data center deployments
- Follow ITIL incident and change management
- Identify classify fault and diagnose issues
- Implement and troubleshoot URL filtering on firewalls
- Manage firewall patch management cycle including testing and deployment
- Provide day to day operational support for firewall management service
- Resolve network and security faults
