Tasks
- Advocate for customer feedback and roadmap priorities
- Collaborate with engineering to influence product improvements
- Conduct technical workshops and quarterly business reviews
- Document best practices and customer success plans
- Lead customer onboarding, training, and enablement
- Mentor team and support knowledge sharing
- Monitor customer health usage metrics and adoption
- Provide technical advisory for enterprise customers
- Troubleshoot cloud APIs and integrations issues
