Analyst - Business Partner Administrator, Global Master Data Governance

Tasks

• Assist users with business partner change requests
• Coordinate SOX controls changes with controls and auditors teams
• Coordinate SOX controls reviews with internal audit team and project management
• Coordinate UAT and parallel sessions with GBS and IS teams
• Coordinate change management and training sessions
• Coordinate cut off activities
• Coordinate employee recruitment planning with HR and GBS leadership
• Coordinate implementation of new policies with GBPO operations director and IS teams
• Coordinate post go live lessons learned and adjustments
• Coordinate project financial impacts with GBS controller
• Coordinate project team resources with GBPO GBS GLT HR and IS
• Coordinate transformation and risk matrix analysis
• Coordinate vendor documentation collection for P2P indirect process
• Develop and maintain project timelines
• Drive project execution from early stage to go live
• Ensure adherence to PMO governance methodologies and reporting standards
• Ensure changes align with SOX controls and Aptar and local policies
• Evaluate savings and ROI
• Maintain accurate business partner data across systems
• Manage go no go decisions with SteerCo
• Manage project open items delivery and schedule
• Organize knowledge transfer with operations change management and IS teams
• Organize project stage gates
• Perform gap analysis and validate business blueprint
• Report project status risks costs and KPIs to SteerCo
• Review and approve change requests in SAP MDG
