Tasks
- Automate security enforcement with PowerShell
- Configure and optimize M365 security controls
- Escalate incidents with Microsoft Premier Support
- Harden tenant configurations against compliance standards
- Integrate Microsoft Graph API for compliance reporting
- Investigate security alerts and compromised accounts
- Monitor service health and security alerts
- Participate in Change Advisory Board reviews
- Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes
- Provide mentoring for support engineers
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Microsoft 365 incidents
