Tasks

Act as subject matter expert for PingFederate PingID MFA and Ping Directory
Analyze logs and metrics for Ping platform
Automate operational tasks to improve reliability and scalability
Conduct root cause analysis and define preventive fixes
Configure and maintain SP IdP connections and authentication adapters
Coordinate with vendor support to meet SLA
Define monitoring alerting and observability standards
Execute configuration changes and service restarts
Implement OAuth capabilities including token exchange scopes and JWT customization
Implement SSO integrations with SAML OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect
Maintain runbooks SOPs and operational documentation
Manage certificate lifecycles and trust stores
Manage problem change and release activities
Mentor junior team members
Monitor analyze and troubleshoot IAM service health
Oversee planning and execution of IAM services
Perform JVM troubleshooting using thread dumps and heap dumps
Perform upgrades hotfixes and emergency patches with validation
Support HA DR architectures clustering and load balancing
Support compliance activities including audit evidence and access reviews
