Tasks
- Administer MDM platforms
- Audit and report device inventory compliance and usage
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate MDM with IT systems
- Configure and monitor MDM platforms
- Document and update MDM processes procedures and knowledge base articles
- Enroll and provision devices
- Escalate complex issues via ServiceNow
- Implement new technologies to enhance digital experience
- Manage device profiles policies and security settings
- Participate in digital experience projects and initiatives
- Provide endpoint technical support and troubleshooting
- Research and evaluate MDM features tools and best practices
- Train end users and technical teams on MDM
