NETWORK & SECURITY OPERATIONS LEAD - VOIS-Pune
Tasks
- Create and maintain SOPs and automation scripts
- Execute change management with risk mitigation
- Execute office IT network build activities
- Implement continual service improvement initiatives
- Implement network configurations per approved designs
- Lead day to day network and security operations
- Lead major incident management for P1 and P2
- Maintain and assess network infrastructure
- Participate in shift handovers
- Provide Cisco security and networking subject matter expertise
- Provide Fortinet security and SD WAN subject matter expertise
- Resolve incidents and service requests within SLAs
- Support service continuity backup restore and disaster recovery
