Systems Administrator II
Tasks
- Assist with employee onboarding
- Coordinate event support setup troubleshoot and takedown
- Escalate and resolve support issues
- Evaluate and design cabinets PDUs and structured cabling solutions
- Install and maintain desktops laptops servers and network switches
- Maintain create and publish IT knowledge articles in Confluence
- Maintain create and publish user knowledge articles in ServiceNow
- Manage IT assets in ServiceNow
- Manage device locations in ServiceNow and Device42
- Manage devkit setup update and build deployment
- Manage inventory asset management for company equipment and software
- Perform capacity planning and server room audits
- Plan upgrades for IT spaces and server rooms
- Provide executive white glove support
- Provide on-site and remote technical support
- Replace failing hardware and manage RMAs
- Set up and break down audio visual hardware and conference room equipment
- Support VPN VDI and remote work solutions
- Update and resolve client requests and operational problems
- Upgrade desktop and server components
